Cam Translate Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Fuzhou Tufei Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your use of Cam Translate. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this application, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this application.

Service Content

This application provides features such as translation, recognition, and history logging for text, images, camera input, and voice input. Specific features may vary depending on region, device, language, network, version, or service provider. We may update, suspend, or adjust certain features for security, performance, or compliance reasons, and we will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes.

Translation Results and Important Limitations

Unless otherwise promised by us in writing, this application does not guarantee that results will always be accurate, complete, timely, or fit for a particular purpose. You must not use this application for emergency communications, critical safety instructions, or any scenario where a delay could result in harm to persons, property, or significant interests.

User Content

You retain your rights to the input content and the resulting translations. You confirm that you possess the necessary rights to submit such content and have obtained the required authorizations to process any personal information contained therein. To provide the application, you grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to receiving, storing, processing, translating, transmitting, displaying, and deleting such content; this license terminates upon the completion of the relevant service or the deletion of the content, except where retention is required by law or for security records.

Unless we obtain your explicit authorization, we will not sell your content, nor will we use it for advertising profiling or third-party model training unrelated to providing, protecting, or improving the application. Please do not submit content that you do not have the right to disclose or process. Acceptable Use

You may not:

- Violate laws and regulations, the privacy of others, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights;

- Attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer, or interfere with this application and its services;

- Upload malicious code, fraudulent content, harassing content, or content that is clearly illegal;

- Use this application to infringe on others' privacy, make unauthorized recordings, conduct surveillance, impersonate others, or disseminate harmful information;

- Make excessive automated calls to the service, or circumvent limits, subscription requirements, geographic restrictions, or security measures;

- Misrepresent translation results as human-certified translations, official translations, or professional opinions.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate relevant functions to address security risks, illegal content, abusive behavior, or violations of these terms, and we will retain necessary records to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

The code, interface, trademarks, graphics, text, and other materials of this application (excluding User Content) are owned by Fuzhou Tufei Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights other than the limited right of use expressly granted in these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission.

Third-Party Services

This application may rely on Apple, translation/recognition services, cloud services, or other third-party services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; changes to, unavailability of, or errors in third-party services may affect this application. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the maintenance or support of this application, though it may enforce terms related to this application as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or meet your specific purposes. No limitation of liability applies to liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the service if you violate these terms, if there are security risks, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued.
